What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager within the Assessment and Child Protection Team, you will oversee a team of professionals, working alongside other team managers to assess all new cases requiring statutory assessments received through MASH. The role is non-case holding and involves supervising staff, ensuring they conduct thorough and timely assessments and safeguarding processes. You will participate in duty week rotations, overseeing new referrals from MASH, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
