You are a dedicated and compassionate individual passionate about facilitating high-quality Family Time between children and their families. You have relevant experience working with children and families, preferably within a Contact Centre environment. You are adaptable, comfortable working across various venues, and managing your work under pressure to meet guidelines and deadlines.
What the Job Involves
As a Family Time Facilitator, you will provide consistent service to families, ensuring effective Family Time sessions either within Contact Centres, Children and Family Centres, in the local community, or occasionally in family homes. This role is based at Royston Children's Contact Centre but requires flexibility to work across alternative venues in Bromley. You will work a non-negotiable shift from Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 36 hours per week, with operational hours from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on weekends.
