What the Job Involves
Your primary role is to conduct thorough functional assessments of clients' physical and psychological disabilities, focusing on limitations affecting self-care, work, home, and social activities. Based on your assessments, you will provide advice and recommendations to clients and their families for managing disabilities and restoring mobility and daily activities. You will be responsible for ordering and reviewing the suitability of equipment from the Community Equipment Service and coordinate necessary dwelling adaptations. Maintaining accurate and sensitive data entry and ensuring client information confidentiality are also key responsibilities.
