What the job involves

Your role involves providing comprehensive administrative and practical support to a social worker. This includes managing email and scheduling, preparing documents to a high standard, taking and following up on meeting minutes, and maintaining confidential case files. You will assist with case documentation, liaise with various agencies, process referrals, and support reasonable adjustments through the use of assistive technology. The position also entails facilitating access to meetings, organizing workspace resources, and supporting travel needs across the borough.
