What the Job Involves
As a Shop & Ticket Assistant / Visitor Host at Cardiff Castle, you will ensure a smooth visitor experience by providing historical information and assistance, managing ticket sales and group bookings, and delivering specialized tours. You'll maintain a welcoming environment, handle customer inquiries, assist with events, and collaborate with the Visit Cardiff team to promote the city. This role involves working with electronic systems, managing stock and paperwork, and ensuring safety standards are met. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
