Are you a highly motivated, innovative Team Manager with a passion for supporting children and families? If so, you're the person we're looking for to join our Family Support Team (FST) in Wrexham. You should be committed to developing and growing our team, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
What the job involves
As a Team Manager in our Family Support Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15 Social Workers, 3 Social Care Assessors, and 3 Assistant Team Managers. Your role involves overseeing Care and Support Plans, providing robust support to families and children, managing Child Protection Plans and the Public Law Outline, and ensuring best outcomes are met by assisting in taking cases to the first court hearing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of Children's Social Care in Wrexham and to be part of a team that drives innovation and inspires great ideas.
