Who You Are

You are an experienced Social Housing Planner with a strong background in coordinating and managing teams in a social housing environment. You have a proven track record of successfully managing operatives and subcontractors, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging setting.

What the job involves

This role involves planning and scheduling work within a social housing environment, efficiently allocating jobs and resources, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of 12 tradesmen and subcontractors, liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams. The working arrangements include a hybrid setup with 2–3 days in the Edmonton Green office and 2 days working from home.
