What the Job Involves
This role involves providing technical oversight and quality assurance for the Council's domestic gas servicing, repair, and heating replacement programmes. You will conduct audits and inspections to ensure the quality of gas repair and installation work across the housing portfolio. Additionally, you will produce feasibility studies and business cases for asset investment and innovation. You will serve as Contract Administrator for small project works, assisting in reviewing maintenance and testing programmes. Maintaining professional qualifications is essential, and you will be responsible for traveling around the borough to conduct inspections, with mileage covered for work-related travel.
