Your expertise extends to working with major applications, heritage buildings, and providing strategic advice.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves managing a diverse portfolio of planning applications, including major and complex cases. You will offer pre-application advice, prepare reports for the Planning Committee, and present insights effectively during meetings. Additionally, you will prepare and represent the Council in appeal statements when necessary. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring remote work with one necessary on-site day each week.

- Recent town planning experience in London
