You are an experienced social work professional with a strong background in managing teams within Children’s Care Services. You possess a qualified social work degree and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You exhibit excellent leadership skills, a passion for nurturing talent, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex cases, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with partner agencies.

What the Job Involves

As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, effective social work practice. Your key tasks include signposting referrals, managing workloads, and collaborating with partners to enhance service quality. You will oversee practice through audits and supervision, guide professional development, and mentor aspiring Team Managers. Additionally, you will manage financial resources, foster a culture of open communication, and contribute to the strategic development of children's services.
