What the job involves
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the in-house Enfield Council reablement service. Your responsibilities include managing and supporting a team of four reablement officers, ensuring they are well-supervised, competent, and aligned with necessary procedures. Your duties involve providing line management, conducting practice observations, performing performance development reviews, and assessing training needs. You will also lead and complete audit activities, monitor staff absences, manage work rotas, and assure safe practices related to risk and medication assessments. Your role requires you to be on-site for direct oversight while offering some flexibility for remote work during audit completions.
