This Specialist Housing Occupational Therapist position involves completing strength-based assessments for people with disabilities, and recommending equipment and adaptations to promote independent living. You will work within the Adult Social Care directorate to prevent hospital admissions and the need for long-term care by utilizing up-to-date manual handling assessment techniques. You will be responsible for the development of Occupational Therapy Assistants, manage resources effectively, and contribute to social value initiatives.
