What the Job Involves
This role involves taking responsibility for providing high-quality, outreach, and home-based support to children and families, primarily using a whole family approach. You will be managing cases, conducting Family Help assessments, coordinating Team Around the Family meetings, and supporting families to better their children's outcomes. You will provide intensive and targeted support, engage with families to identify needs, and use a strength-based, solution-focused method. You will also manage workloads, prepare detailed reports, and ensure all statutory and council requirements are met.
