Who You Are
An experienced social worker dedicated to safeguarding children. You are committed to working with children and families to ensure their safety and wellbeing. You are adaptable and capable of working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
What the job involves
As a social worker in our locality safeguarding teams, you will manage a caseload of children subject to Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. Your work will involve engaging with children and families until case closure or the achievement of looked after permanence. You will join either our Worcester City and Malvern team or our Evesham and Pershore team, contributing to a stable and supportive service with flexible work arrangements, including one or two days per week in our Worcester or Pershore offices.
