We’re gearing up for our busiest season - supporting major clients as they onboard their graduate intakes - and we’re looking for Candidate Managers to help deliver a seamless, supportive screening experience for thousands of new grads starting their careers.
This is a fixed-term role until July 2026, perfect for people who want flexibility, remote working, and a role with real impact.

About the role
What you’ll do
• Support candidates through the screening process via phone, SMS and email
• Keep cases moving by gathering documents and solving problems
• Work closely with internal teams to manage progress and escalate issues
• Maintain accurate notes and follow established processes
• Provide friendly, professional support to every candidate
What you’ll bring
• Clear, confident communication
• A positive, people-focused approach
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfort working with systems and structured processes

• Flexible start and finish times between 8am and 7pm, ideal for people who need adaptable working patterns.
• Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
