What the Job Involves
As a Senior Practitioner in Fostering Kinship, you will lead the Kinship Assessment Team in completing comprehensive assessments for Kinship Carers and Special Guardianship Order (SGO) support plans. You will ensure children remain safely within their family networks by working collaboratively with children, families, and professionals. The role requires presenting assessments to fostering panels, contributing to care planning discussions, and providing peer support to colleagues, promoting best practices in kinship care.
