You possess the ability to independently organize and manage a dynamic workload while demonstrating competence in planning and assessment. You have a strong commitment to continuous professional development and adhere to the Nottinghamshire County Council Code of Conduct and Social Work England’s standards.

What the Job Involves

Your role involves planning and leading assessments of strengths, resilience, and developmental needs. You will identify, coordinate, and manage strategies, services, and interventions to address vulnerabilities and manage risks. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, writing reports, participating in team activities, and contributing to service development. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are integral to this role. You will also work collaboratively with other agencies and adhere to health, safety, and equal opportunity practices.
